Have you ever needed to quickly jot down a note for a particular day on a calendar and be able to easily find it later? Ever wanted to have an alarm tell you a meeting is going to happen tomorrow or in an hour? Want an instantly accessible, password protected daily journal/diary? EZCalendar can do these things and more at the touch of a key (which will instantly bring up a calendar) without having to leave the application you are in!
EZCalendar will also show you the phases of the moon, allow you to set yearly events (holidays, birthdays, etc.), appointments (and set alarms to remind you if you wish) and have a note (up to 32k of text) for each day of every year. Of course, you'll be able to search notes, yearly events or appointments with ease!
Some uses for EZCalendar:
* set alarms for events in the future. EZCalendar will remind you (minutes, hours or days) before the appointment is to happen!
* keep a daily electronic journal (password protected if you like)!
What comes in the EZCalendar package?
Your EZCalendar package should contain the following files:
• EZCalendar
• EZCalendar Documentation
• EZCalendar - Read Me First! (a SimpleText file)
• Registration (open me!)
(fill out the registration form with this application)
• Problem with registration app? (a SimpleText file to use
if the Registration (open me!) application does not work
for some reason)
• Moon & Yearly Events Folder - Contains files to place into
your EZCalendar Folder after installation
How to install EZCalendar:
1) Just drop the “EZCalendar” file into the “Control Panels” folder in the System folder and Restart your Macintosh!
NOTE: Only do step #2 if you are installing for the first time and not upgrading to a newer version.
2) After restarting (and before opening EZCalendar for the first time), EZCalendar will have created a folder in your “Preferences” folder called “EZCalendar Folder”. If you want to be able to display the moon phases, you’ll need to drag the file called “Moon Phases” into the “EZCalendar Folder” in the “Preferences” folder. You’ll also want to drag the “Yearly Events” file into the “EZCalendar Folder” in the “Preferences” folder (this file has many yearly events already defined, such as major holidays, etc.). You can remove, edit or delete any of these events at any time...
See manual for help and instructions.
System Requirements.
• System 7 or higher
• Hardware: Mac SE or better
• Works great on PowerMacs!

If you don’t usually read manuals, at least read the “Introduction”, “How to Install EZCalendar”, “Setting Up EZCalendar” and the “How to Register” sections to learn how to do things that would not be obvious, thank you.
Registering EZCalendar:
If using a credit card you can register securely via our web page “http://www.northcoast.com/~jvholder/” or you can run the “Registration (open me!)” application to fill in registration information and email, fax or send the form via standard mail with your payment.
